This item is a replacement headgear for fully assembled SleepWeaver Elan Nasal CPAP Masks. The cloth headgear has an open-face design that does not obstruct a CPAP user’s vision, making it easy to wear glasses and read or watch TV before bed.

  • Only includes headgear and should only be used with fully assembled masks
  • Should be replaced once around every 6 months

  • For all orders in the U.S., shipping is $7.99 for orders under $50.00.
  • For U.S. orders of $50.00 and above, shipping is free.

Shipping cutoff times apply only to orders that do not require a prescription. Orders requiring a prescription may be delayed, even if placed before the cutoff, unless a valid prescription is already on file.

In the event of a carrier indicating successful delivery of a shipment and a customer reporting that the shipment was not received, the customer will be responsible for opening a dispute or inquiry with the carrier.
