The Rio II Adjustable Headgear is designed to provide a secure, comfortable fit for your Rio II CPAP mask. Available in both nasal and full-face versions, the headgear is made with soft, flexible materials that help distribute pressure evenly across the head for improved comfort and stability throughout the night. The adjustable strap system allows you to personalize the fit, while easy-release clips make it simple to put on and remove your mask.

Over time, CPAP headgear can stretch and lose elasticity, which may lead to mask shifting and air leaks. Replacing worn headgear every six months (or before if you notice signs of wear and tear) can help maintain a secure seal and keep your CPAP mask performing at its best.

Shipping & Returns
  • For all orders in the U.S., shipping is $7.99 for orders under $50.00.
  • For U.S. orders of $50.00 and above, shipping is free.

Shipping cutoff times apply only to orders that do not require a prescription. Orders requiring a prescription may be delayed, even if placed before the cutoff, unless a valid prescription is already on file.

Please note: Offer for free standard shipping is only valid in the continental United States which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and APO addresses. These states and territories will be subject to an additional shipping fee.

Order must be placed and with approved prescription (if applicable) before 10 am EST to ship same-day. Excludes Sat/Sun delivery.

Expedited shipping is not available:

  • To Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and some rural areas.
  • During excluded holidays
  • On orders containing furniture items
  • APO addresses

In the event of a carrier indicating successful delivery of a shipment and a customer reporting that the shipment was not received, the customer will be responsible for opening a dispute or inquiry with the carrier.
