The Nova Nasal Mask Cushion is a replacement cushion for Fisher & Paykel’s Nova Nasal Mask. It comes in small, medium, and large size options, all made from soft silicone. The cushion has RollFit technology, which is engineered for increased comfort and improved visibility. 

This cushion is a nasal mask cushion that extends all the way around your nose to deliver pressurized air. It’s not a nasal pillow that rests just beneath your nose, and the replacement cushions are only compatible with the corresponding Nova Nasal Mask.

  • For U.S. orders of $50.00 and above, shipping is free.

Shipping cutoff times apply only to orders that do not require a prescription. Orders requiring a prescription may be delayed, even if placed before the cutoff, unless a valid prescription is already on file.

How do I know which cushion size I need?

The Nova Nasal Mask Cushion comes in small, medium, and large size options. Watch F&P’s Fitting Guide video to find your size. The best-fitting cushion should sit flush against your skin with no gaps, pressure, or tightness. 

This is a nasal mask, so the cushion should extend from the bridge of your nose to the area between your nostrils and upper lip. The sides should extend all the way across the width of your nose. The cushion is available in a fit pack, which can be helpful for those who aren’t sure of which size will fit best.

How often should I replace the Nova Nasal Mask cushion?

Typically, nasal mask cushions should be replaced twice monthly. Doing so ensures that the silicone stays intact and free from holes or slices, which can cause CPAP leaks. Most insurance companies, including Medicare, cover regular CPAP mask cushion replacement.

How do I clean the Nova Nasal Mask cushion?

You should clean the Nova Nasal Mask cushion daily along with your mask frame assembly. Fill a clean tub or sink with soap and lukewarm water. Mild, fragrance-free soap is the best option. Soak the mask cushion and other accessories for up to but not longer than 10 minutes. Rinse off any soapy residue with fresh water, then lay the cushion on a clean towel to dry. 

Don’t use ultraviolet (UV) or ozone cleaners, as they are potentially harmful and can damage the cushion’s silicone.
