The Philips Respironics DreamWear Elbow With Swivel is a replacement part designed for all DreamWear CPAP masks, including full-face, nasal, and nasal pillow styles. It attaches at the top of the mask frame and connects the hose securely, directing it over your head to reduce pull and drag. The integrated 360-degree swivel lets the tubing move smoothly as you change positions during sleep and the quick-release feature makes it easy to attach and detach.

Care

It’s recommended that you wash this part daily or at least several times a week. Gently detach the elbow from the mask frame and tubing, then wash it in warm, soapy water using a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue and allow it to air dry completely out of direct sunlight before reassembling. Avoid using harsh cleaners, bleach, or alcohol-based products, as these can damage the materials.

How It Works

The DreamWear Elbow With Swivel connects to the top of any DreamWear mask frame and attaches to your CPAP hose. The 360-degree swivel design allows the hose to rotate freely as you move during sleep, and the elbow features a quick-release mechanism, making it easy to disconnect from your CPAP tubing without removing the entire mask.

How to Use It

  1. Insert the elbow into the top of the mask frame, pressing it in until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Attach the CPAP tubing to the swivel connector.
  3. Put on your mask as usual. The elbow and tubing will now rest above your head.
  4. To disconnect the hose without removing your mask, gently pull the tubing from the swivel elbow.
