This item is a replacement headgear strap for the AirAvant Medical Bongo Rx EPAP device. Attach the strap to the two nasal cushions and slip it around the head to ensure the device stays in place throughout the night. To care for the headgear strap, wash it in gentle soap and leave it to air dry.

  • For all orders in the U.S., shipping is $7.99 for orders under $50.00.
  • For U.S. orders of $50.00 and above, shipping is free.

Shipping cutoff times apply only to orders that do not require a prescription. Orders requiring a prescription may be delayed, even if placed before the cutoff, unless a valid prescription is already on file.

Please note: Offer for free standard shipping is only valid in the continental United States which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and APO addresses. These states and territories will be subject to an additional shipping fee.

    Not required but very helpful

    You can use the nose adapters without the headgear, but I am very glad that this keeps me from losing the nose adapters. It fits snuggly, but the straps are very thin, and I don’t notice wearing it at all.
